6 dAys 5 nIghts BRISBANE & GOLD COAST trip!!!.........
Day 1: Surfers Paradise
We took Virgin Blue from Canberra to Brisbane early in the morning. I didnt sleep at all that night. I was rushing like mad to finish my STAT2008 assignment. Phew, thank God that i able to finish and forwarded to gAy to print them for me. I did tried went down to computer lab along at 2 am, but they just cant work. I just took a short nap; 2 hours. woke up at 4.30am. changed and took cab at 5.15 to the air-port. our flight was 6 am. it was quite near, the flight was only 1 and half hour.
Arrived at Brisbane air-port; waiting to take air-train to Gold Coast. the ticket was AUD$23.30, so expensive. it was quite bored and tired the journey in the train; about 2 hours. we were sO sO bad luck. cause in the middle journey, we needa changed to a bus and back again to train. cause they were trying to upgrade some sort of the road.
Our accomodation for the next 4 days. ISLANDER backpackers. Erm; if me, i will rate it 1 star. may be this is the first time i stayed in back-packers. i dont really like the bed there. but the pros; is that it's near the centre, Beach Road.
Hard Roack cafe in Gold Coast. it's opposite ISLANDER only.

Day 5: Harbour Town & back to Brisbane
Jamie with her bed that she slept on it for the past 4 nights
We reached Brisbane about 6.30pm. we went to Palace backpacker which is only opposite the Central Railway Station. STUPID Palace Backpacker, they need to see our passport or driving license. so troublesome. the IDIOTARY receptionist insisting on that, if not we cant check in. Norman and Ka Ling didnt bring their passport. so no choice but to find another accomodation.
we managed to take the pix of the elevator. so cute
Jamie and I went to search for hotels. we walked like an hour before we managed to find a hotel that can receive eftpost and dont needa credit card or passport. that's ASTOR Hotel. it was quite good. and not expensive at all. it's located on Wickham Street. *recommended* We checked-in and leave our luggages immediately. we walked to Chinatown which is about 1.5 km away from our hotel.
